Do you think that effort is more important than talent? As I think you already know there is always someone that is really good at something and doesn't give any effort. It doesn't mater in what, maybe school or a sport, friends or relationships, drawing or acting. This people tend to think that they are just a natural and they stop giving effort. But do you think that someone that hasn't have that advantage can be as good as that people who are naturals? I think they can, because if they give enough effort they can do it just as well or even better.
Can you imagine what would happen if a natural gave their best at what they are naturals at? I think that if that people that are just good at stuff without effort tried really hard they could change the world. But the bad news is that most don't, they discover they are so good for something they don't even try at and then, they just stop trying. So people who work hard are the ones that usually change the world. I, for instance, know about some of these people, they are excellent at what they do but I also know that if they tried their hardest they could really be exceptional.
My other point is based on this quote "practice can beat talent when talent doesn't practice." (Or something like that). What I mean with this quote is that you can be good at something without effort but the best work, the one you appreciate the most, is the one you worked harder for. You are going to be so much happy after you get 100 at a test you studied for, or win a competition you trained for, or a piece of art you put your heart in, than something you just did without any effort or feeling. So just remember effort beats talent.
